1. Definitions And References

   "Terms of Conditions", "T&C" - this agreement
   "CamGuest", "CamGuest Network", "CG" - will be known as CamGuest.com
   "Member", "Viewer", "you" - a registered user of CamGuest
   "Rules" - Rules of use and behaviors on CamGuest platform
   "Effective Date" - thirty (30) days after the date of the last T&C change as posted in the T&C area on CamGuest
   "Content" - information, communications, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sounds and other material and services, collectively
   "ChatHosts" - a registered on CamGuest platform independent providers of Content ("ICP")
   "Rights" - copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual and proprietary rights
   "Restricted areas" - "Members Only" areas on CamGuest
   "Individual Information" - any information, data or records that relate to your CamGuest membership or use of CamGuest and identifies you or your individual Member account
   

2. Agreements And Procedures Of Their Modification

   Services presented to you, as a registered member, on CamGuest platform falls under the conditions of this agreement and CamGuest Operating Rules (Rules).

   Both of these documents are binding agreements and we shall refer to them collectively as "T&C". The T&C comprises the entire agreement between CamGuest and you, superseding any prior agreements between you and CamGuest with respect to its subject matter. Additionally, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content, software, or services.

   CamGuest may change the T&C at any time, subject to timely notice, posted publicly in a visible manner. You agree to review the T&C periodically to be aware of such changes. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership as provided in "Cancellation" below, or in Section 9 below. Your continued use of CamGuest following the Effective Date of any such change to the T&C constitutes acceptance of all such changes.

You certify that YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD. You agree to provide CamGuest with accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do this shall constitute a breach of this agreement and unauthorized access to CamGuest. Unauthorized access to CamGuest could result in immediate termination of your account and subject you to civil and criminal liability. Unless you have prior written authorization from CamGuest, you may not register for additional accounts after such termination.

Upon registering as a Member, you will choose a password and a screen name/chat handle. You may not select or use a nick name of another person (unless it is also your name), a name in violation of a third party's property rights, or a nick name that CamGuest deems offensive or otherwise inappropriate. CamGuest owns all screen names and licenses them to you. Additionally, you may not use your screen name in violation of the T&C or in ways CamGuest deems inappropriate (e.g., sending or causing to be sent mass e-mail solicitations). CamGuest reserves the right to delete any such screen name or to request deletion.

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your account. A Member may not permit another individual to use the Members account without direct supervision by the Member.

Members who have had their CamGuest membership terminated may not access CamGuest without CamGuests prior express written (including e-mail) permission. Members may not allow a former Member or other agent whose membership has been terminated to use their account. For additional information on re-registration and multiple accounts, see Section 9 below.

There are no fees for CamGuest membership. However your Internet provider may charge you for Internet access.

Certain ChatHosts that charge for their services may establish the fees and regulations for managing and limiting access to their Video Chats.

Moreover you credit card is charged a nominal one-time only fee of 1(one) USD during your registration, in order to check the information you've provided. This dollar is then automatically added to your CamGuest account, and can be used in the future. Federal laws, such as Child Online Protection Act - COPA and Communications Decency - CDA make this practice mandatory for certain online publishers, such as CamGuest, so that member's maturity and age is proved by documents.

Clients may avoid payments altogether by eliminating their contacts with ChatHosts that charge for their services, by using free text-only chat mode. However if you participate in a video chat that is subject to fees using textual or video interface you will be charged. Fees for the Video Chat are established by ChatHost. Fees are accumulated by minutes and are rounded up till the next full minute. You will always be informed about the fees of the video chat you are about to enter, prior to your entrance.
